Silverwood Arena, 50 Sycamore St, London, ON

REQUIRED:  
LCW Membership (unless a try-a-club day)
Ontario cycling membership
Session fees :  FREE!   Sponsored by Trek Bicycle  Store London

BRING:
Clean MTB or similar bike capable of riding various man made features and obstacles
Clothing suitable for an unheated hockey arena, layers are suggested to adjust based on riding
