Went for a ride on a very nice Thursday this week.

Nothing too special, getting in some miles on a beautiful day.

Strong North wind, as I was coming in to London on Adelaide I saw a rider up ahead. Decided to pick it up and try to catch the rider before we hit the London sign. I remember seeing high Z4 on my heart rate montior and speeds were as high as 48 km/h with the tailwind. Thought I was riding pretty fast and just about to catch the rider ahead when Charlie pulls up from behind. Not sure how far back he was, but I think it was a ways. Just goes to show you when you think you are riding fast there is always someone faster Smile Had a nice chat with Charlie on the way into town.
