Congratulations Tony!

Tony Frost has won the 2011 ITU World Long Distance Triathlon Championship in Men's 50-54.   The race took place in Las Vegas, Nevada on a course billed as the "toughest in North America", featuring nearly 5000 feet of climbing on the 120K bike course and 2000 feet of climbing on the 30K run.   Tony captured the win by turning in the fastest bike split of the day, over 10 minutes faster than the eventual second place race finisher in M50.  Tony had the second fastest run split of the day.  The swim portion of the race was cancelled due to cold weather conditions.  Tony would like to thank the many members of LCW who helped him prepare for this race by crushing him unmercifully at the Tuesday night club races.
