Congratulations

Congratulations to LCW member, Chris Balestrini (Reynold Cycle), this year's junior men O-Cup champion.  Chris took the podium at Good Friday and the Niagara Classic and was second in the Peterborough time trial.  He also placed at Kitchener-Waterloo.
